原(yuan)因壹:
1.電(dian)氣系統沒有問題(ti),繼(ji)續(xu)檢(jian)查(zha)制(zhi)冷系統。首先檢(jian)查(zha)兩組(zu)制(zhi)冷機(ji)組的低溫(wen)(R23)級(ji)壓縮機(ji)的排(pai)氣(qi)和吸氣(qi)壓力(li)都較(jiao)正(zheng)常(chang)值(zhi)偏(pian)低,而(er)且吸氣(qi)壓力(li)呈(cheng)抽空狀態(tai),說(shuo)明(ming)主(zhu)制(zhi)冷機(ji)組的制(zhi)冷劑(ji)量不足。

3.用(yong)手(shou)摸主(zhu)機組R23壓縮機(ji)的排(pai)氣(qi)和吸氣(qi)管(guan)路(lu),發(fa)現(xian)排氣管路(lu)的溫(wen)度(du)不高(gao),吸氣(qi)管(guan)路(lu)的溫(wen)度(du)也不低(未結霜),這也說(shuo)明(ming)了主(zhu)機組的R23制(zhi)冷劑(ji)缺(que)乏(fa)。
原(yuan)因二(er):
1.壹(yi)為(wei)主(zhu)機組,另壹為(wei)輔(fu)助(zhu)機(ji)組(zu),在降溫(wen)速(su)率(lv)較(jiao)大時(shi),兩組(zu)機(ji)組(zu)同(tong)時工(gong)作(zuo),在溫(wen)度(du)保(bao)持(chi)階(jie)段初期(qi),兩組(zu)機(ji)組(zu)依然同(tong)時(shi)工作(zuo)。待(dai)溫(wen)度(du)初步(bu)穩定(ding)下來,輔(fu)助(zhu)機(ji)組(zu)停(ting)止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),由(you)主(zhu)機組來(lai)維(wei)持溫(wen)度(du)的穩定(ding)。如(ru)果主(zhu)機組R23泄(xie)露(lu),會(hui)使主(zhu)機組的制(zhi)冷效(xiao)果不大,由(you)於(yu)降溫(wen)過程中,兩機(ji)組(zu)同(tong)時(shi)工作(zuo),故(gu)沒(mei)有溫(wen)度(du)穩定(ding)不住的現(xian)象,而(er)指(zhi)示降溫(wen)速(su)率(lv)降低。在溫(wen)度(du)保(bao)持(chi)階(jie)段,壹(yi)旦(dan)輔(fu)助(zhu)機(ji)組(zu)停(ting)止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),主(zhu)機組又無(wu)制(zhi)冷作(zuo)用(yong),試(shi)驗箱(xiang)內的空氣就(jiu)會(hui)緩(huan)慢(man)上升,當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)上升到壹定(ding)程度,控(kong)制(zhi)系統就會(hui)啟(qi)動(dong)輔(fu)助(zhu)機(ji)組(zu)來(lai)降溫(wen),將(jiang)溫(wen)度(du)下降至設(she)定(ding)值(-55℃)附(fu)近(jin),然後(hou)輔(fu)助(zhu)機(ji)組(zu)又停(ting)止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),如(ru)此反(fan)復(fu),便(bian)會(hui)故(gu)障(zhang)現(xian)象。鹽霧試(shi)驗箱(xiang)生(sheng)產廠家(jia),高(gao)低溫(wen)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)現(xian)貨供應,恒(heng)溫(wen)恒(heng)濕(shi)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)*
2.未確(que)定(ding)故(gu)障(zhang)原(yuan)因,結合試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的控(kong)制(zhi)過程進(jin)壹(yi)步(bu)確(que)認(ren)故(gu)障(zhang)原(yuan)因,該試(shi)驗箱(xiang)擁(yong)有兩套制(zhi)冷機(ji)組。
至(zhi)此(ci),已(yi)確(que)認(ren)生(sheng)產故(gu)障(zhang)的原(yuan)因是(shi)主(zhu)機組的低溫(wen)(R23)級(ji)機(ji)組的制(zhi)冷劑(ji)R23泄漏。對(dui)制(zhi)冷系統進(jin)行(xing)查(zha)漏,用(yong)檢(jian)漏儀(yi)和(he)肥(fei)皂(zao)水(shui)相結合的方(fang)法檢(jian)查(zha),發(fa)現(xian)壹熱(re)氣旁(pang)通(tong)電(dian)磁閥(fa)的閥(fa)桿裂(lie)了約1cm的細(xi)縫(feng)。更換此電(dian)磁閥(fa),對(dui)系統重新充氟,系統運(yun)行(xing)正常(chang)。由於(yu)上文(wen)可(ke)以看(kan)出,對該故(gu)障(zhang)現(xian)象的分析(xi)和(he)判斷基(ji)本上是(shi)有易(yi)至(zhi)難(nan),先“外"後(hou)“裏(li)",先“電(dian)氣"後(hou)“制(zhi)冷"的脈(mai)絡(luo)進(jin)行(xing)分析(xi)和(he)判斷的,熟(shu)悉和(he)了解試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的原(yuan)理和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)過程是(shi)分析(xi)故(gu)障(zhang)判斷故(gu)障(zhang)的基(ji)礎(chu)。
